Our employment opportunities

  • Sorting and counting cans and bottles to be recycled, money handling, customer service, traffic management and customer pick-ups in the community.

  • Learn the basics of inventory management, stock control and housekeeping; Opportunity to upskill to operation of pallet moving and wrapping equipment.

  • Packaging products ready for dispatch; operating machinery to manufacture a wide range of building hardware products.

  • Assisting with the management of record keeping; data management; Upskilling via internal training and/or TAFE.

  • Serving food, cleaning food preparation and service areas; cleaning kitchen equipment, washing dishes and operating appliances.

  • Working in a small team or independently; learning a variety of cleaning tasks including a safe use of chemicals and PPE.

Work-based training

All our employment worksites are intentional learning environments in which employees are provided with onsite support and ongoing training to develop work skills with the long-term goal of exploring open employment opportunities and/or self-employment.

We provide training in both group and individual settings depending upon needs, choices and available support funding:
